WEEKLY LIVE SALES


Majority of our crystals are offered via Instagram Live on @faymuycrystals.


Live Sales are a fun way to claim crystal babies and meet other people in the community!

Date and time are always updated in the bio of our Instagram page.


Here's how it works:


☺ Join our Instagram Live

☺ See a crystal you like? Comment the number on the sticker (price) to claim!

☺ The first person to claim the item on my screen, will get the crystal.

☺ Please note that you will always come first on your screen!

☺ Live Sale invoices will be listed under the 'Live Sale Listing' tab above.

Find your username and pay from there. It will ask for your shipping and payment information.

☺ Please make sure you claim responsibly. There is a strict no put-back policy to avoid complications.


Live Sale invoices are due within 24 hours of listing.


Do NOT pay for someone else's listing. If you do, please let me know immediately.

FEED SALES


Every Thursday evening, we hold feed sales through our Instagram sales page @faymuysales. 

Date and time are always updated in the bio of our Instagram page.


The rules are as follows:


☺ See a crystal you like? Comment "mine" or the price to claim the item.

☺ The first person to comment, will get the crystal.

☺ Invoices will be listed under 'Feed Sale Listings' under the tab above.

Find your username and pay from there. It will ask for your shipping and payment information.

☺ Please make sure you claim responsibly. There is a strict no put-back policy to avoid complications.


Feed Sale invoices due within 24 hours of invoicing.


  • SHIPPING

All orders are packed with so much love. Please note that processing time takes ~7-10 business days to fulfill. Shipping time is typically ~2-5 days, depending on location.


Once the package has arrived at USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package.


Each package will come with a tracking number (see below).

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.


If there an issue, please contact your local United States Postal Service.

  • TRACKING

All orders will come with a tracking number. It will be automatically updated once shipped.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you via Shopify once there is a new shipping information.


If you paid via Venmo, it will be directly messaged to you.


If you cannot find your tracking number, please message us and we can get that situated.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds. 


Please make sure you claim responsibly. There is a strict no put-back policy to avoid trouble or difficulty. 


If you received a broken crystal, please contact us at faymuycrystals@gmail.com or DM us through Instagram.


You must send photo proof of your broken crystal within 24 hours of your delivery date24 hours of your delivery date.


Depending on the situation, you may be offered store credit or replacement.

  • PAYMENT

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Venmo and PayPal.


MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay are included.

  • OPEN BOX POLICY

Open Box allows you to add more items to your order if you choose to join our Instagram Lives or Feed sales. 

This means that your order will be held open until you decide to close (ship) your box, which is a great way to save on shipping and supplies! ☺


Open boxes can be held for up to 2 weeks.


If you would like to keep your box open, simply type in "open box" at the note section of your order.

If you have an existing order, simply type code "boxisopen" at checkout to prevent from paying shipping fees again.


After every live sale, I offer open box options on my Instagram stories.


You can always message me to request an open box or close an order.

  • ETHICALLY-SOURCED

Our crystals are ethically-sourced worldwide as far as India to Brazil to Uruguay to Madagascar.


I complete hours and hours of endless research in finding the best small-businesses to support when wholesaling. Not only do I make sure the crystals are of quality, 


I make sure that the crystals come from a loving business. This means sourcing ethical crystal suppliers.


I am aware of all the terrible, unethical labor laws and working conditions in this billion dollar industry. Thus, it is equally important to be knowledgable on where your crystals come from, as well as knowledgable on the supply chains of the gemstone industry.


Upon my research, I make sure each business I source from are clear on their policies:


☺ Workers are paid fair, living wages

☺ Safe working conditions with break times

☺ No child labour or underaged workers

☺ Workers are not forced to mine in unsafe areas


Ethical sourcing matters.
